Position: Head Lifeguard
Location: Phillips Community Pool
Salary: $16.07 per hour starting or based on experience
Age Requirement: Must be 18 or older

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Head Lifeguard to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with lifeguard experience or those who are willing to be trained. As a Head Lifeguard, you will be responsible for overseeing pool safety, supervising lifeguards, ensuring the safety of all swimmers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage pool staff to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Monitor swimmers and enforce pool rules and regulations.
Respond to emergencies and administer first aid and CPR when necessary.
Provide a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for all guests.
Assist with maintaining pool cleanliness and equipment.
Communicate effectively with staff and patrons to maintain a positive experience.

Lifeguard training provided (if not currently certified).

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Current Lifeguard Certification or willingness to undergo training.
CPR and First Aid certifications (training available if not currently certified).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.
